The New Zealand Photo Tour is one of the most spectacular and complete trips from our list, to such a distant and impressive destination. Its natural wonders make this trip a top-notch option for landscape and Nature photography lovers.
In this New Zealand Photo Tour, we will photograph intense blue lakes, waterfalls, the incomparable Milford Sound fjords, Mount Cook National Park area, and countless breathtaking views surrounded by mountains, which will make this trip one you will never forget.
The duration of the trip is adapted to the itinerary we have prepared, by the South Island. Due to the long journey to New Zealand, a trip shorter than this would have not been long enough to enjoy as this country deserves, taking into account the countless locations we will find to photograph.
New Zealand’s unmatched natural habitat is one of the most beautiful all around Earth, so we will spent most of the time during this trip outdoor, photographing each of the locations that we will be visiting. At the same time, in our ways from one to other area, we will be constantly doing stops to photograph the different wonderful stops around us.
Also, in some of the places where we will be staying, we will do some easy hikes, that will allow us to get close to precious spots where we will take fabulous images.
The main objective of this New Zealand Photo Tour will always be photographing the most beautiful sceneries of the South Island. To get this, we have carefully planned each sunrise and sunset, always in some of the most amazing locations in our destinations.
We sill also do several night photography sessions, to capture the incredible New Zealand’s night skies. Because of the extremely low levels of light pollution, and the position of the island, we will enjoy spectacular view of the Milky Way.
As this New Zealand Photo Tour takes place at summer in the South Hemisphere, we will have many hours of daylight each day. This means we will have to wake up very early in order to be in the desired locations before sunrise. At the same time, we will also stay out to capture sunset, so we will get the best possible lights in some of the most impressive locations. And also, as stated, we will be doing some night photography sessions.
However, to ensure we all recover energies, we will also give free time after lunch during several days of the trip. In those moments, participants can rest at their hotel rooms, or go our shopping.
Sometimes, those participants who want it, could also stay at their room instead going out early for sunrise shooting, or stay at night at the hotel and not going out for a night photography session, if they are tired. However, this could be done only some of the days, depending on the itinerary and program, and as long as it doesn’t alter the rest of the group or the program.
Respecting to meals (not included), many of them will be outdoors, picnic or similar. We will buy sandwiches and similar so we can eat them during the time we are out in the field, due to the natural environment of the destination. We will also do some of the meals in restaurants, pizzas, fast food companies, etc.
To sum up, this New Zealand Photo Tour will be an extraordinary experience, always focused on capturing spectacular photos of the island, and it will build unforgettable memories for all of us, in one of the most impressive areas on Earth.
